This was the best meal I had during my four-day stay in Busan. My fiancée and I ordered the Hanwoo beef tenderloin, which was exceptionally tender and flavorful. While the beef was cooked rare instead of the medium-rare I requested, it was still among the best I’ve ever tasted. The service was outstanding. Our waiter was attentive, courteous, and highly professional. Overall, this was an excellent dining experience, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Busan.

First dinner in Busan - the amazing Hanwoo beef omakase at Born & Bred. Didn’t get to book the last time when I was in Seoul so this is a must try in Busan. Top notch food and service. There’s so many courses it’s impossible to post pictures of every dish. Personally I think Hanwoo is better than Wagyu as it’s slightly less fatty but has a richer taste. Delicious steakhouse serving aged Hanwoo steaks! The Korean style omakase requires 2-3 days advanced booking, otherwise will only be able to have western style (super amazing) steaks. It's at B1 of the Paradise hotel.
Had a lovely omakase lunch here served by sous chef Shin and Ms Yoon. An excellent introduction to the full flavors of Korean beef as well as interesting cuts like the tender chain. Both Chef Shin and Ms Yoon gave their best to explain every detail while maintaining the overall enjoyable experience. Ms Yoon’s attention to detail was especially impeccable. Thanks both for the memories!
One of the best meals we’ve ever had. The bone in filet was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes were delicious and an experience to taste. Every aspect of our meal was wonderful. The attention to detail by the staff is impeccable.
Best beef ever, cooked to perfection. Good wine and professional, friendly service. Quite loud live music which thankfully stopped.
